This policy explains what personal information is handled when you visit the Supersampler website, contact us, or use the Supersampler desktop application.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Rozsnyo, s.r.o., Sabinova 111/2, 130 00 Prague, Czech Republic. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@supersampler.app.

Information we collect

• Contact form information: your name, email address and the message you choose to send.
• Basic technical information: hosting and security systems may process information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and diagnostic logs.
• App Store information: if you obtain the app through Apple, Apple handles account, purchase and download information under its own privacy terms.

How and why we use it

We use contact details to answer questions, provide support and discuss Supersampler. Basic technical information is used to deliver and secure the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, taking steps requested by you, and fulfilling any agreement we have with you.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Google Firebase. Contact-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to authorized Supersampler team inboxes through the configured email-forwarding service. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website and communication channels, when required by law, or to protect legal rights. Messages and related correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Supersampler currently does not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Essential infrastructure may use technical storage or security mechanisms required to deliver and protect the website.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by recognized legal safeguards.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email contact@supersampler.app.

Security, children and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no internet transmission is completely secure. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change; the date above will show the latest revision.

Desktop application

Supersampler processes source footage locally on your Mac. The website does not receive or upload your footage. Files you choose in the application remain under your control unless you separately decide to share them with us for support.
